How Boards Should Work

Volunteering for your community association Board is important work, but without best practices in place, it can easily become overwhelming, and tumultuous on many fronts. Several strategies and tools can help keep your Association efficiently moving forward, while keeping the volunteer Board member workload manageable.

This presentation will highlight statutory and practical guidelines to help you do just that. From managing the day-in-day-out community work, to tackling special projects and conflict resolution, this presentation will help you identify the best course to efficiently and effectively navigate through all of your Association tasks.
